What DenkBot does

DenkBot builds AI systems that take repetitive office work off your team's hands. Typical projects: an inbox that sorts and answers itself, quote requests that arrive as pre-filled draft quotations, documents that flow straight into your accounting or planning software, and custom platforms where off-the-shelf tools fall short.

How we work

Every project starts with a short intake call, in English or Dutch. We map the process that costs your team the most time and translate it into a business case: hours spent today versus the cost of automating. Only when the payback period is clear do we start building.

A working prototype is live within two weeks. You test it on real work, we adjust, and a full implementation including system integrations typically follows within 4 to 6 weeks. After go-live you pay a fixed monthly fee that covers hosting, monitoring and continued development. No surprise invoices.
